Welcome to Ekana Club (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ekana Club website and mobile application (“Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility & Membership
The Platform is intended for registered Ekana Club members and their authorized guests.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Access is granted via a valid invite code or membership credentials.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
2. Account Registration & Responsibility
By creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms
Provide false or misleading information
Engage in misuse of the Platform
3. Platform Services
Ekana Club provides access to:
Sports facility bookings (Tennis, Squash, Badminton, etc.)
Dining reservations and restaurant services
Event discovery, RSVP, and ticket bookings
Member dashboard (bookings, billing, concierge, rewards)
Club communication and notifications
All services are subject to availability and club policies.
4. Bookings & Reservations
a. Sports Bookings
Bookings must be made via the Platform
Time slots are allocated on availability
Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime or cancellation
Members must adhere to facility rules and etiquette
b. Dining Reservations
Table reservations are subject to availability
The Club reserves the right to reallocate tables for delays or no-shows
Special requests are not guaranteed but will be accommodated where possible
c. Event Bookings
Event tickets or RSVPs may require payment or eligibility criteria
Entry is subject to valid booking confirmation and QR check-in
Some events may be restricted to members only
5. Payments & Billing
Payments may be required for bookings, events, or services
All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation timelines vary by service (sports, dining, events)
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation window and event type
No refunds for no-shows unless explicitly stated
6. Member Conduct
By using the Platform and Club facilities, you agree to:
Respect other members, staff, and property
Follow all club rules and safety guidelines
Not engage in abusive, disruptive, or unlawful behavior
Ekana Club reserves the right to:
Deny access to facilities
Suspend membership privileges
Take appropriate legal action if necessary
7. Rewards & Member Points
Members may earn points through bookings, dining, and participation
Points can be redeemed for select benefits (e.g., discounts, offers)
Points:
Have no cash value
Are non-transferable
May expire as per program rules
Ekana Club reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including:
Logos
Designs
Text
Images
Software
is the property of Ekana Club or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined there.
10. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services (payments, analytics, etc.).
We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party providers.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Ekana Club shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
12. Service Availability
Features and services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time

13. Termination

Your membership is revoked

You may request account deletion by contacting us.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Apple App Store Compliance
Payments for digital services comply with Apple’s in-app purchase guidelines where applicable
Apple Inc. is not responsible for:
The Platform’s content or services
Maintenance or support
Users acknowledge that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
